The site, the 360ContentMatrix name and logo, the software, its source code, its interface, its designs, its layouts, its film, its texts, its graphic elements and their arrangement are the exclusive property of BGS Crossmedia SARL or of its licensors, and are protected by the Luxembourg Law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, neighbouring rights and databases, as amended, by the law on trademarks and designs, and by international treaties.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction, reuse or distribution of all or part of them, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorisation of BGS Crossmedia SARL, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement giving rise to civil and criminal liability.

The trademarks, names and logos of third parties shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

The photographs shown on the site are protected and remain the property of their authors and rights holders. A rights holder who has a concern about an image may write to contact@360crossmedia.com; the image will be examined and, where justified, removed promptly.
